Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund policy:

If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. 

* To be eligible for a return, the item must be faulty or damaged. Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund.

* The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

* We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

* Only regular priced items may be refunded. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for refund.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please email for your refund claim and one of the customer team members will get back to you within 3 business days. Please indicate the reason for return or exchange and attach a picture of the damaged product. 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of returned item and will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. This Return Merchandise Authorization Number needs to be written on the return shipping label.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not received refund within 7 days of approval of return, please contact your credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at and include the Return Merchandise Authorization Number for easy reference.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive your refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
